The Bonnoît restaurant will remain a place where gastronomy reigns supreme. The dishes we were able to taste took me back to 1988, the year I joined this house as an apprentice. The smells of this good cuisine transported me. This establishment has been operating so far thanks to Hélène and Jean-Paul. We can clearly see their signature.
