Im not from here but my girlfriend and i were in the mood for some sushi so we decided to give healthy japan a chance and it was incredible. we tried the seattle roll and the geisha roll and they were both perfect. if you like crunch the seattle roll is perfect but warning it is a mouth full. the geisha roll is very simple and warm the overall temperature is perfect. definitely give it a try if you're in the area i w... Disappointed, the tempura shrimp in our sushi still had tails/shell, the batter on the shrimp was very thick, not tempura batter, and hard as a rock in places, the rice was dry and semi-hard. The taste of the sushi was not fresh, just poor, at best.
