Not sure why other reviewers have given such poor ratings here. Today was my third time and it is now my favorite traditional Mexican food in Waco. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The chips and salsa are fantastic. The Poblano Chicken is amazing. Go for breakfast, their breakfast burritos are awesome (and way more than I could eat on my own)! Have not had a bad meal yet. Terrible service! Horrible food! I ordered some chilaquiles and the eggs were so old or so fried that you couldn't even cut them with your teeth, I asked them to be changed because I asked for them medium-dry, they changed them but they brought me the same thing, I returned them again and the cook came to my table to tell me what I want because he doesn't understand, to which I replied, I only want medium-term fried...
