Had a wonderful feed here after hours spent at Hennepin. This place caught my eye when I was driving to the state park, so when I asked if Lena and I could sit outside and got an enthusiastic “yes!”, I was sold. Simple burger and beer for me. What Carl S doesn't like about Muggs Of Mille Lacs:
The food was excellent and the service was decent. The bar itself is nice, but I was surrounded by locals (evidenced by the fact that they all knew each other) who had zero volume control and basically acted like 9 year olds. Aside from the staff, I felt like I was the only adult in the room. I so rarely go out to these small town bars because the locals are such idiots, but that’s 'Merica for ya. View all feedback.
