I often visit this restaurant with my dad on Tuesday nights. It is usually peaceful, but even on busier nights when big football games are on TV, the staff are still very efficient and friendly. They always greet us with a smile and make sure to refill our drinks promptly. They are patient when I need help with my Greene King card and sorting out discounts on my bill. The food was gorgeous, but the season for 3/5 is because the service received by Maddie was absolutely shocking. Her attitude towards us as customers stunk, this reflected in both her physical attitude and her verbal attitude which came across as cleverness.
