We came for a spot of lunch. My husband had the plough mans which included ham, cheese, pork pie, quiche ,salad, pickles ,grapes and bread and butter. All fresh and tasty. I had small quiche, chips, salad and coleslaw, again really tasty and hot where appropriate. For the price we thought it was good value. Though the place was busy we didn't have to wait long. We usually love the food here, we’d recently seen an advertisement that they had bought a fish and chip shop fryer unit. We called today to try the fish and chips and my god what a massive disappointment, the fish was doughy and tasted awful and the chips where like they where the fragments from the bottom of the bag…… I’m sorry but this new fryer is doing nothing for their fish and chips.
