Sumo is hands down the best in the area as far as sushi/sashimi/rolls are concerned. The quality of fish is exceptional for being a large scale family restaurant, and the service is excellent. Gina and Tina are absolute rock stars and make us feel as if we’re family on every visit. Give it a try, you’ll be back for more. PS, it’s BYOB! While the food was excellent, our chef did not come to our table for our 7 pm reservation until 8 (and after we complained). We were told only two chefs were working (each with ONE group) so that was the problem. Had management been honest from the beginning, we could have left and gone somewhere else.
