We arrived around 10.20am to find the playground FILTHY and not sure when it was last cleaned. I bought it to the attention of floor staff who made a half attempt at cleaning after she mentioned it was grubby. I then raised with the manager who said we'll look into it and I watched them do nothing prior to us departing 20 minutes later...
