We waited for an hour and a half for our 4 tikka rolls, only to have them arrive cold. When I called to request a refund, they kept hanging up on me and refusing to listen. However, as soon as my brother spoke to them, they were willing to listen. It appears that they were trying to take advantage of me as a woman with their poor quality food.
