I'm giving 4 stars just because people preparing your food and have it ready for you were awesome, but I'll give 3 stars for customer service of people taking your order. The lady didn't know the menu. When we asked her what was the best food they had, she said “I don't know” and showed us the menu in her iPad. Service is going downhill here. Came here at 6:40 a.m. still in line at 7:05. Looked inside, everybody moving slow and there no hurry or politeness like you normally get at Chick-fil-A. Used to could get through here in 10 or 15 minutes at this time of day. View all feedback.
