We tried Mac truck at Creekside food truck park and it was the best seafood I've had in Knoxville in the 6 years we've lived here! I had the shrimp and mahi basket with homemade tartar sauce. No menu prices listed, sticker shock for sure. Watched the cook reach in to a container of raw scallops with no gloves, not wash his hands (he did look at it then shake it a little) then handle bread that was going out. After paying and considering I canceled the order. No offer of a refund. The sink was loaded with bags full of menu items. Everything looked dirty. View all feedback.
