I’ve never had an experience even similar to this at a Jimmy John’s. Moving at a turtle like speed, no organization of who is on what task, no awareness of people lining up and waiting. The one making sandwiches must have been in training but took very long to make sandwiches. They pride themselves on speed so something was off.
