Surprisingly well done. Real Cajun food has seemed to be impossible for me to get close to in Michigan but the boil bag with shrimp, crawfish, and sausage was pretty good! It's was not Southern Gulf Coast but it killed a craving that I've had since I've been in the area. Only complaint was that that I've seen in a lot of boil bags. Some of the goodies are slightly over boiled/steamed. View all feedback.
