Gourmet is right. Chen's offers some delicious and fair priced food with a wealthy sized portions. It's not a large place and doesn't have much space to eat, but I'd you do sit and eat, you can browse down at the MacArthur Blv atmospheres and people watch. The food has little to no taste or seasoning. I couldn’t believe they were selling uncooked wings to people. I told her they were not done she told me they had been cooked for 16 minutes….like ok?
