I usually cook my own BBQ at home, but decided to try Macks Char Shack because I believed ribs so bad, and boy was a great choice! Not only were their ribs juicy and perfectly smoky, but they were also much better than my home smoked ribs! Half rack of ribs and Carolina styled pulled pork sandwich. The ribs were overcooked. Very mushy to say the least. Fall off the bone ribs are a sign that they are over cooked. However I understand that some people like that. The sandwich would have been good if I were able to make the sandwich myself.
