Sloppy pie. Take off a piece to rip off the whole cheese. Reassembly necessary as well as finger holds when biting. But the crust was very good, cooked with the dough right. Honestly, too much cheese and sauce on a personal size/small pizza. I had done it on the big ones in my area.
