Their customer service is amazing, if there is something wrong they will always fix it. But I made a mistake of accidentally clicking no cheese on my order and not realising until the pizza turned up called them to see if that's what it said on my order, it was and I realised that had I done it, they offered to send me out another pizza no extra charge. Plastic baked into my meal! I wanted to have this resolved and not aired online, however when all you suggest is filling out an online form to complain about blue plastic that was baked into the underside of my pizza was unacceptable.
