The manager Jason is the best customer orientated individual I have ever met. It was such a great experience meeting an individual with such a pleasant and welcoming attitude. All mangers should be like him. Also I received my food quickly and he even asked if I need anything else that would complete my order. Very professional. Quick service .Great food. What Selena Wynne doesn't like about Burger King:
Horrible customer service. Waited 10+ minutes at the window for food with our 2 little ones while the employees are just sitting on their phones talking. Got no apology for having to wait so long, also the girl who gave us the food did not even look awake. She said “here you go” and we said “thanks” she said “welcome” with a rude tone and slammed the door. Embarrassing, please get new employees! View all feedback.
