If you want authentic Cajun and Southern comfort food, this is the place to go. Personally I love the Etouffee, chicken roast steak, meat cake, Johnny's Yardbird and the Cajun Classic Burger. We were looking forward to trying Cafe Johnny. We hoped for a good restaurant near home and went to lunch. Unfortunately, my etoufee did not taste like flour in Roux.
