First time ordering from here and got my order wrong. I called to let them know, and the lady said it wasn't true because she packed everything herself. I went in person to show her the mistake because she was still arguing that they didn't make a mistake, but they did, and she looked foolish, making up so many excuses on why she shouldn't replace it.
