Jumbo's Frozen Custard - West Bend

Stopped in for supper while visiting family in town. Staff were very friendly and attentive while taking my order, and the facility was very clean. I ordered a double cheeseburger with cheese fries and a chocolate shake, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the shake was very rich and delicious. My husband and I stopped today and had great service. My issue is with management/owners. First a woman came out from the back berating an employee about a mistake that was made. She was loud and not professional at all.
