Absolutely the best Hippo in the State. I have been to many taco/burrito establishments in Texas and every establishment in B-County. La Rosa is absolutely the best Hippo around. I can't believe they aren't more popular than they are. Get the hippo and get ready to make a mess and be messy. It's extremely good and worth every ounce of effort to eat. View all feedback.
