Very slow driving service. He waited for 15 minutes for a simple cookie, a hash brown and a small coffee. When I got into the window, I was told to pull up because they were made of coffee. From coffee. Unbelievable. I know most of us have come to expect this level of sub par performance from McDonald's, but this was also unacceptable by McDonald's low standards. View all feedback.
