What Italian Foodie New York doesn't like about Artisan West Hartford:
We specifically asked for dining room reservation 4 days prior.. when we got there they seated us in frigid outdoor enclosure and tried to give us blankets to stay there. After some discussion, they then seated us in tavern but we had to be out by 7:15. Salmon wasn't fresh as well as goat bolognese was old, hard, and dried out. Used to be a good restaurant.
