everything is so good here! Get the spring roll or summer roll, then pair it pho, bun, rice plate, or my fave, bun bo hue! really delicious food, big portion size and great value. Service is fast and no frills, all you need is on the table (utensils, sauces, etc. the bathrooms are clean and well maintained. We stop here before and after every trip to the north! Got the pho dac biet. The meats overall were overcooked and the broth was lacking a bit of flavor and felt flat.The chili oil on the table however was great! They give plenty of beansprouts and interestingly give lemon rather than lime for the condiments.I also like how they provide both packaged wood and unpackaged plastic chopsticks to give customers the option.
