Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes after ordering ahead in the app. When I finally got, they were melted so I asked for them to be remade. Once they brought the new milkshakes, they told me to just keep the old ones, only for me to later realize that on 1 of the milkshakes was what I actually ordered.
