Drive thru after work. Heard SUV in front of me order. Waited 15 more minutes. Nobody responded to my greetings. Drove around toward window. Waited until the SUV got their order. 10 minutes. He said he took my order but didn't tap it in on his screen. Then said card machine out of order.
