When you're married to Filipino chef who can no longer cook due to medical issues, it's difficult to find someone close to his style of cooking and tastes. My children and I have tried other Filipino restaurants and none can come close to my husband's cooking until we came across Kusina. I really want to support this restaurant but just couldn't because if I do, I'll be lying. Maybe if they get an honest review, they will improve their quality of food. I've been here at least 5 times, tried different kinds of food. Pancit is too bland, dinuguan doesn't taste good, lechon was chewy and they gave pieces that usually would be thrown away.
