We went at 3:40, got no food until 5:00, and they told us it takes only 25-30 minutes, there were only 6 tables, including ours. I ordered a risotto with anticucho sauce, the chef had added so much Aji Panca that it was red and too spicy without taste, the chorrasco was dry and ok.
