One of our party had a Schnitzel which was very over cooked, another two shared nachos which were very dry and did not have enough cheese or tomato to make the dish oozy and delicious. I had a roast salad which consisted of sliced roasted carrot, sweet potato and broccolini and over cooked houlumi. The problem is the over cooking of the meals driving out any moisture.
