I had the most amazing meal here yesterday. The waitress was so kind and sweet. Even though she was busy but she took time to answer my questions. Their pho broth was so flavorful and clean after finishing my bowl I felt so good. All the food looks amazing and all made to order. I especially love their crab rangoons. We stopped by PHOever for 2 bowls of pho on a Tuesday evening, I’m not sure if it is just because we come on an off day, but the pho broth tasted incredibly bland, it doesn’t taste like a bone broth which I believe it’s suppose to be), but just like flavor powder packets dissolved in water.
