I absolutely love Kelley's deli, its delicious, inexpensive and had the best potato soup in Westerly. The service is always top notch, and they have a great location, be warned though, there's no free refills, but other than that, the place is totally flawless, I go there all the time...warning, don't go on Sundays at around its swarmed by people just getting out of mass!
