Black Eyed Pea - Westminster

What Jon Barton likes about Black Eyed Pea:
The service was really good and our waitress was very welcoming and sweet. The restaurant was clean. We had 5 person table and everyone had different meals and seemed to enjoy it at least they all said they did. I don't get the luxury of EVER getting invited to lunch. Cracker Barrel was busy so my friend and I decided to go to Black Eyed Pea in Westminster.
