I had lunch in the area yesterday (Thursday). I have the pulled pork sandwich with Coleslaw, fried pickles and a pepsi. The food was prepared quickly and deliciously! I saw the food outside. Get off this food truck. I ordered brisket and got what I can only accept, was overcooked pulled pork. There was no smoke taste at all and it was very dry. The city of Kansas style sauce was not. As someone who grew up in Northeast Canada, I can tell you that it is not remote as what KC style could be. The hush puppies were not so great.
