when we went to sambo for the first time, we wanted to support a new local business, and we were really impressed. beautiful fresh buffet, meat bought around the table every few minutes and as much as they wanted, including filet steak. it was a birthday of friends, and they even came out and sunk. we will definitely return. don't let them sit down when veggie was like one of our party, and also had a nice choice! The meat was fantastic and plentiful however the salad and sides buffets were not kept stocked up. Only half of the restaurant was full so I am not sure how they would cope with things if was full.
