TGI FRIDAYS - Wheeling

Upon visiting Thea, we were impressed by the first-class service and beautiful decor. The BYOB option was a plus, and the arugula beet salad was described as amazing. While the appetizers were excellent, including a standout Brie Brulee, the entrees received mixed reviews. The crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but undercooked rigatoni, while the gyro plate had flavorful meat but lacked in presentation. The salmon was noted as awesome, but some of the greens were not tasty. Despite some inconsistencies in the entrees, the desserts received mixed reviews as well. The service at Thea received criticism for being slow and lacking in efficiency, with some guests pointing out the underwhelming atmosphere and lack of attentiveness from the staff. However, a positive mention was made regarding the bartender Rick during happy hour, where fantastic Long Island drinks were served for a reasonable price.
