Busy restaurant, but the service was excellent. We shared appetizers with our table companions and then enjoyed the halibut. I quite liked the giraffe napkin holders. Felt they added to the atmosphere. Nice view of the White Rock pier and excellent people watching from the restaurant. They provide blankets to keep customers warm, which I think is a nice touch. We visited this restaurant the first time and have to say it was just okay. Definitely not great. Menu was quite ambitious. We tried two different appetizers, two entrees and one dessert. Lack of flavouring and originality. The filet mignon was cooked well but had very little seasoning. Wine list was uninteresting and the markup was immense.
