Considered this a 4 star review. As a Japanese ramen lover, I was overjoyed learning a ramen-ya was opening in town. Then they had to put cilantros on their noodle. No cilantros on ANY food! Wasn’t trying to suppress creativities but it was not “ramen”. So I stopped going. They updated their menus, they took out inedible green weedy ingredients, and it actually tasted great now.
