The owner was from California and used to have donut shops until she moved here and opened Donut Palace in Wichita. Don't let the place fools you. It's the best donuts shop in town. I moved from California to Wichita, KS in 2019. I noticed that Wichita did not have a lot of donut shops like we do in California. And if you do have donut shops, they just don’t have the taste I am looking for. I’m glad I stopped at Donut Palace because these donuts and the kind owner make me feel like I’m back home.
