12:30 on a Monday, day after Christmas. Not a busy place or time. 10—15 minute wait turned into 25. We were told “short staffed” only had 4 wait staff? Many open tables. The restaurant was very cold, I know weather related. We felt as though our waiter, while nice/pleasant, wasn't well trained. Took a drink order, several minutes later the two drinks arrived separately at that time placed easy lunch order of soup, salad and burrito. That came quite awhile later.
