I placed an order online but when I arrived at the restaurant, they did not have everything I had requested. They only had spicy chicken available, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff was very kind and tried to accommodate me by offering mild chicken tenders instead of the spicy chicken. I had to wait 15 minutes with just one person before me and then wait 10 minutes to wait my order plus 10 minutes more because of the maid jhaleal told me to wait. after all that I had waited for over 30 minutes from my time when I came home, I realized that I was shortening a piece of chicken, but I ordered an 11 piece and I got 10 pieces for $25.79 not a good value or service.
