I came to this cafe to have coffee before leaving to the Airport, and their service ruined my good memory of Vienna. No body paid any attention to me after I sat at the table. I had to stop a waiter who was passing for the menu. Then no body came to take the order. I had to ask twice for the bill ( Was that because I said "bill" not "check"?).
