If there's a better bar in the world today, I don't know it. I've been travelling from London to Vienna several times a year for the last couple of years, mainly to go with friends to Rupps! Food is decent, all vegetarian, lots of fake-meat schnitzels and the like, served until 11pm although you can get a cheese toast until closing.
