love the new space— called Hokkaido now. tons more options, though it's pretty DIY— get your own utensils, menus, napkins, etc. the dishes were kinda smacked on the table and the ramen was definitely boring and not hot at all (maruchan/cup noodles ramen beat it), shoyu especially was jus salt thrown innit with 3 pieces of shrimp and the tofu was the worst ive had. the scallion pancakes were incredible and the drinks...
