Watched the staff tell an 85 year old woman to use the kiosk to order. It was all she could do to see the screen, much less understand how to use it. My wife was able to help her while the manager stood and watched. Taco Bell if you're reading this,not everyone likes your kiosk. The elderly and handicap have a HARD TIME navigating the menu. If I could give this place a zero, I would. I ordered a taco box, and the chalupa had only four pieces of meat. I even took a picture to document it—it was old and cold. The Dorito taco was nothing but cheese and lettuce, and it was completely soggy. I tried calling four times, but they hung up on me. I spent about $10, and I plan to speak to the manager, but I will never return to this restaurant again. View all feedback.
