Really disappointed with the reception we received from the lady behind the bar. She was abrupt, rude and unhelpful. We were made to feel a real inconvenience. Christmas is a busy time of year for lots of people especially in hospitality. If you choose to work in this industry then you need to learn how to smile especially when taking the money we spent.
