Plenty of empty seating, the clean booth I sat in had 9ne seat that was obviously ripped and patched with duct tape. Restaurant could use some updating, looks the same as it has for as far back as I can remember. View all feedback.

What Brittany Nichole doesn't like about A&w:
The lady at the cash register would barely engage in customer service. When our food was ready, she barely raised her voice to say as such and left it on the counter. Didn’t ask us if we needed any sauce or napkins..Also found a hair in our KFC bowl….not a single person was wearing a hairnet in the kitchen, and the females all had long hair as well…please adhere to health regulations?While waiting for our food, anoth...
