Visited Winston-Salem for the first time and someone recommended East Coast Wings. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in Ranch and Bacon wings (medium it had a nice kick). My partner ordered the boneless dry rub Parmesan Garlic wings. Very tasty. Food was hot. Service was excellent.
