I was in this place a few times, and every time the costumer service is simply not very good. I'm also a manager in a food service, and I understand that sometimes it can be difficult. But to take it on a costumer who is nothing but nice (or even a costumer at all) is simply not okay. I also tried to call a few times today, and it just ringed.
