Ordered food to be delivered for 18:15 as its dinner time with the kids. At 18:50 the food has still not arrived. I called them and was told we have 50 delivery’s so there is nothing they can do about it. They will be 10 minutes when I know the drive from the takeaway to my house is 20 minutes.
